Product Appearance Description

This integrated dashboard HVAC climate control panel is exclusively designed for 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ off-road vehicle, it is the 3rd compatible replacement model besides LD-20007 and LD-20008. It adopts slim horizontal matte black integrated ABS injection molding, same three-knob layout as other Wrangler TJ AC panels, only different OEM part numbers: left for air outlet mode, middle for temperature control with blue cold & red hot ring mark, right for blower fan speed. Elastic snap lugs on panel edge embed into original Wrangler TJ dashboard slot without damage. A dedicated multi-pin wiring socket with anti-reverse positioning posts is equipped on rear side, thickened wear-resistant copper contact sheets inside resist oxidation and stuck contact under heavy muddy, sun-exposed and wading off-road conditions. Fully sealed dustproof and waterproof packaging protects internal circuit board from mud and liquid corrosion. Product Function Description

It fits 12V off-road vehicle air conditioning electrical system of Jeep Wrangler TJ, centralized control for full-car heater, AC, air outlet mode and blower air volume, core functions as follows:

1.Multi-mode left knob switch: 4 air outlet modes including windshield defrost, face air supply, foot air supply, mixed circulation air;

2.Stepless temperature adjustment of middle knob: turn left (blue zone) to increase cold air, turn right (red zone) to heat up interior temperature;

3.4-speed fan adjustment of right knob: OFF / Low / Medium / High four blower air volume gears;

4.Built-in voltage stabilizing shielding anti-interference circuit, stable air conditioning control without gear jumping failure under bumpy, wading and unstable off-road voltage conditions;

5.Dual over-current & short-circuit protection chips cut off power automatically under blower overload or circuit short circuit to protect original vehicle AC control module;
