Product Appearance Description

LD-31022 is OEM HVAC climate control panel for Volvo VNL series heavy-duty trucks, dual interchangeable OEM numbers: 21326144 and 20511569. It adopts square high-strength black ABS housing, equipped with 3 large wear-resistant rotary adjustment knobs and 2 independent left & right function buttons.
The top-left knob is printed with blue cold and red hot scale for cabin air temperature adjustment; top-right knob controls air outlet mode selection; middle main knob adjusts blower fan speed gears. Left button is A/C refrigeration ON/OFF switch, right button controls rear windshield defrost heating function.
It adopts thickened copper contact PCB board inside, with dust-proof, oil-proof and anti-vibration design to adapt to harsh working environment inside truck cab. It uses factory standard plug for plug-and-play installation; housing size and mounting holes are 1:1 OEM molded for direct damage-free replacement of original faulty climate panel.
Only compatible with all Volvo VNL long-haul heavy tractors, not fit Volvo XC60 passenger cars or other brand trucks.

1.Stepless Temperature Regulation: Top left temperature knob realizes stepless switching between cold air and hot air, freely adjust cabin temperature as required.

4.A/C Refrigeration Switch: Left AC button independently controls A/C compressor start and stop, turn on or turn off vehicle refrigeration function.

5.Rear Windshield Defrost Function: Right defrost button activates rear window heating wire, quickly remove fog and ice on rear windshield to improve driving vision.
